About Us
In response to the growth of its Corporate Banking business and in line with our strategic ambition of growing our international skill based businesses, Bank of Ireland established its Syndicated Finance team in early 2006, which is led by Peter Mullen. Working with our global origination teams Bank of Ireland has underwritten and distributed as Mandated Lead Arranger and Bookrunner a substantial number of transactions in both Europe and US.
The team works with a broad section of investors across the senior and subordinated debt markets to structure, price and distribute transactions. Since its establishment, the Syndicated Finance team has represented a significant milestone in the strategic development of Corporate Banking’s offering and reinforces to our clients Bank of Ireland's commitment to the debt markets. The team is headquartered in our London office with a presence also at our Stamford office in the US.
