Pension Services

As an employer, it is now mandatory for you to provide access for your employees to some form of pension provision. You are required to give both your full and part-time employees access to at least one standard PRSA if:

1. You have no pension scheme providing retirement benefits for your employees at present
OR
2. You have a pension scheme for retirement benefits but membership is restricted, or there is a waiting period of over six months from the date of commencing employment
